Responsibilities:
As an Irrigation Technician, you will work collaboratively with your crew on daily projects, primarily focusing on residential properties within the city limits. Key responsibilities include:

  • Arriving on-site on time.
  • Operating various tools and equipment.
  • Installing sprinkler systems based on drawings for heads, valves, controller, and water source.
  • Complying with all company and regulatory policies.
  • Ensuring safe work practices.
  • Following directions provided by the Service Leader, working as a team to complete assigned tasks.
  • Collaborating with the Service Leader to plan and execute irrigation projects efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing irrigation systems as needed.
  • Conducting regular maintenance checks on installed systems.
  • Providing recommendations for system improvements and efficiency.
  • Training and guiding junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in installing irrigation systems, plumbing, grading, and other softscaping services is required.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Personal transportation required; G license preferred.
