Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Learning & Development Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing a wide range of training activities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for facilitating continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Administration of comprehensive training programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including technical and product leaders to create and update training materials, manuals, and documentation to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Coordinate training schedules and facilitating training sessions in various format, ensuring all required training are completed.
  • Manage the LMS and providing support to instructors, managers and employees.
  • Maintain comprehensive training records, including attendance, completion rates, feedback and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with the company’s policy, industry standards and legal regulations.
  • Support other related as required by the Director, Human Resources or their designates.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a learning & development coordinator, training facilitator, or similar role, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Experience in implementing training programs.
  • Highly motivated, and passionate about change initiatives
  • Familiarity with different forms of training, including e-learning platforms and in-person training delivery.
  • Certification in Training and development is preferred but not required.
