Job Summary

Greet arriving and departing guests. Enforce all policies and procedures of WCL as they relate to the Alcohol and Gaming Control Act of Ontario.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Respond to guest inquiries regarding Casino Windsor's amenities and services
  2. Greet arriving and departing guests demonstrating outstanding service
  3. Check identification of guests
  4. Perform first aid as required
  5. Execute service refusals
  6. Escort fund transfers
  7. Support other operating departments as required
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years police services experience or 4000 hours with a recognized security company or degree/diploma in Security & Investigation Protection (formerly Law and Security) or Police Foundations or Criminology or Border Services from an institution as recognized by Windsor Casino Limited
  • Previous customer service experience where the primary function is to service the customer on a daily basis
  • Valid Smart Serve Certification required
  • Valid Class G driver's license
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Must be able to work all shifts
  • Occasional medium lifting required
  • Customer service skills
