Our Personal Banking team includes a diverse group of finance professionals who strive every single day to achieve strong results for the bank and their clients. Our team of designated personal banking professionals know and understand the value of relationship building and brings that perfect combination of stellar stewardship, client support, and financial expertise to the table.
The opportunity
Relationship Managers, Prestige, are our specialists in personal banking, helping our clients understand where their money is going and what it is doing. This means having the chance to truly steer and grow your own portfolio of business.
The day-to-day- Building, growing, and maintaining profitable, long-lasting, and genuine relationships with CWB clients.
- Proactively identifying and anticipating client needs to uncover opportunities crucial to their financial success.
- Exercising and developing your financial knowledge base – reading, learning, and actively seeking market data, lending strategies, investment activity, and much more.
- Using customer insights to drive and guide your prioritization and handling of key relationships, information, and documentation.
- Sharing your expertise of financial products and solutions with clients and your colleagues.
- Spreading positive vibes and collaborating with a team you’re proud to be a part of.
- You’ve spent at least one year in a Canadian banking environment, with a strong background in sales and exposure to investing.
- You’ve got some post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- You are all about people. You like communicating and connecting with others to provide solutions and build real, lasting relationships.
- You’re able to see the bigger picture and anticipate client needs to go beyond expectations.
- You’re a self-starter, independent, and accountable. You are results-oriented, eager to learn, and have a real interest in finances.
- You are energized when faced with ambiguity and can adjust your approach to respond efficiently in changing conditions.
- You’re computer savvy – MS Office Suite, as well as exposure to a lending or banking system.
