The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, standardized costing, and financial statements. Responsible for leading the finance team, supporting financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and ensuring the accuracy of the company’s financial results. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine financial strategies in alignment with the company’s long-term goals.Lead strategic projects such as system implementations, process improvements, and other initiatives to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making processes.Oversee the development and analysis of financial models to explore future scenarios and guide strategic planning.Maintain control of the company’s financial health by managing risks, overseeing internal audits, and ensuring the integrity of financial data.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, and/ or professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred.8+ years of experience in financial management and accountingStrong experience with leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.Ability to develop, coach and support high-performing teams.Strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
