The IT team is a 25-strong team of friendly professionals providing IT support to the people behind our retail and trucking brands such as Continental Cars BMW, Porsche, and Ferrari, as well as Truck Stops, TWL, MTD, Palfinger, and Hyster.

The Role

We're looking for a talented and energetic person to join our Digital Technology team in Auckland, on a 12 Month Fixed-Term contract. In this role, you will work closely with our Business Support Services Staff to assess the day-to-day processes and transform them into digital workflows and RPA solutions.

About You

The ideal candidate will already have 2-3 years' experience in a Process Automation environment where you will drive the identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
  • Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.
  • Determine the as-is state of process work, identifying formal and informal business processes in the organization, and obtaining the context in which the process is performed and the value generated, the pain points that exist and possible solutions to address that create efficiencies and scale.

Candidates Must Have:

  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business or equivalent.
  • Well-versed with design flow, business process mapping, and data analysis for online/offline customer and marketing data.
  • Experience in Power platform tools or similar.
  • Practical knowledge in business analysis concepts and techniques.
  • Experience in KUBE workflow will be preferred (Training can be provided).
  • Process mapping tools knowledge.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Project Management, and Change Management concepts.
  • Working experience in supporting ERP, CRM, DMS systems (preferred).
  • Background in business process design, ERP, CRM, DMS implementations with good analytical skills (preferred).

The initiative and people skills to provide effective troubleshooting assistance. Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service - you'll be clear, friendly, and concise. Good time management skills and proven ability to see projects through to completion.

You'll be based in our Newmarket/Mt Wellington/Wiri office, working 40 hours Mon-Fri between the hours of 7.00am and 5.30pm.
