Competitive Salary: $100,000+ Annually (Negotiable Based on Experience)
Are you an experienced Financial Planner with a CFP, QAFP, or PFP designation and extensive knowledge of financial planning in Canada, including pensions, tax strategies, and corporate financial planning? Precedence Capital – Harbourfront Wealth Management is seeking a skilled individual to join our growing team
Key Qualifications:
- CFP, QAFP, or PFP designation is mandatory.
- Investment Representative (IR) Registration – CIRO/IIROC is considered an asset.
- Extensive knowledge of financial planning in Canada.
- Expertise in pensions, tax strategies, and corporate financial planning.
- Proven track record in providing comprehensive financial advice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and planning.
- Provide expert advice on pensions, tax strategies, and corporate financial planning.
- Develop and implement customized financial plans for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall client experience.
- Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction and success.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Enhancing advisor’s effectiveness by providing information management support.
- Fostering and supporting client relationships by liaising with clients, responding to requests, and proactive problem-solving.
- Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reports, client correspondence, and taking ownership of project work.
- Maintaining office premises standards for appearance, client requirements, and day-to-day operations.
