Admin / Payroll Assistant
Willing to Train
Located in Taber, AB
Responsibilities:
- Reception: mostly by Telephone, some in-person
- Collect and Prepare Time Cards for Payroll on Semi-Monthly basis
- Accurately Entering/Coding Payroll Data Daily
- Accurately Entering Customer Billing Data Daily
- Review and Process Receivables and Payables
- Data Entry into Accounting System
- General Office Duties, as required
Requirements:
- Strong Computer Skills, specifically MS Excel; Sage 300 Experience an asset
- Ability to work Quickly and Efficiently while maintaining a high level of Accuracy
- Detail Orientated with Ability to Work under Deadlines
- Positive Attitude with a Desire to Learn and Grow
- Able to Problem Solve and Comprehend Instructions
- Ability to Communicate Effectively and Confidently
We Offer:
- $24 – 29 / hour - based upon experience
- 100% Employer Paid Benefit Package
- 40 Hour Work Week; Monday – Friday
- Long-term, Stable Employment
