- Payroll processing using Sparkrock 365 for 200+ employees on a bi-weekly basis
- Prepare and issue Records of Employment to terminate staff, issue T4 and T4A's
- Develop and upgrade of Payroll related standardized templates/procedure manuals to ensure compliance with the company's requirements
- Employee benefits administration
- Support other HR projects and initiatives
- Graduate of relevant post-secondary course/Payroll, Accounting, or Human Resources from a recognized institution
- PCP Certification is preferred
- 3-5 years relevant payroll experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with payroll systems; experience with Sparkrock 365 payroll system is an asset
