Tremco Sealants fabrique des produits d'étanchéité, des barrières d'air, des membranes d'imperméabilisation, des revêtements de circulation, des accessoires de vitrage et plus encore pour les nouvelles constructions et la restauration. OBJECTIF GÉNÉRAL DU POSTE :


S’assurer que les objectifs de ventes soient atteints, dans le cadre des activités de l'entreprise, soient atteints ou dépassés. Pour ce faire, il faut obtenir, développer et gérer des comptes clés d'architectes, d’ingénierie, d'entrepreneurs généraux, de distributeurs, de sous-traitants et d'applicateurs. Le titulaire de ce poste est également responsable de la gestion de tous les indicateurs de performance et de service pour les comptes qui lui sont attribués.


TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES :


Répondre à tous les aspects des demandes des clients et des représentants (commandes, informations sur les produits, état des stocks, prix, informations sur l'expédition, échantillons, etc.)

Être le point de vente pour tous les clients et professionnels qui cherche des informations pour les produits Tremco CPG.

Gestion des comptes, y compris être le point de contact pour les clients directs identifiés.

Traiter avec les clients lorsqu'ils se présentent et traiter les commandes immédiatement, y compris les ajouts aux commandes.


S'assurer que toutes les commandes sont expédiées et facturées rapidement et avec précision.

Tenir le client et/ou les représentants commerciaux informés des dates d'expédition prévues et de tout retard concernant les commandes.

Effectuer des appels téléphoniques ou par d'autres moyens à distance auprès de clients potentiels et de comptes existants afin d'obtenir de nouvelles affaires.

Obtenir et améliorer en permanence une large connaissance de la gamme de produits, des prix, des délais de livraison et d'autres données similaires, selon les besoins, concernant les unités commerciales desservies.

Saisir les réclamations relatives aux produits ou aux clients.

Suivre les procédures ISO (Organisation internationale de normalisation) requises dans le cadre de la fonction de service à la clientèle.

Résoudre les problèmes concernant la tarification, la traçabilité et le suivi des commandes, les délais de livraison, les informations sur les produits et la disponibilité des stocks.

Proposer des alternatives/solutions potentielles aux préoccupations des clients.

Fournir des fiches de données de sécurité sur demande et selon les besoins.

Développer et maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les membres de l'équipe, les responsables et le personnel des services internes dont les fonctions sont directes.


FORMATION :


Bacc en administration des affaires, vente, gestion de la construction et 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la construction ou de l'industrie OU

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou GED avec 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la construction ou de l'industrie.

Le bilinguisme français/anglais est requis.


EXPÉRIENCE :


Quatre à dix ans d'expérience et/ou de formation dans un domaine connexe,

Une expérience dans le domaine des produits de construction et de l'enveloppe du bâtiment est préférable.

Un minimum de deux ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle est préférable.

Connaissance de la construction (c.-à-d. imperméabilisation, barrières d'air, charpente, construction modulaire, etc.)

Connaissance de base de la chimie des produits

L'échelle salariale pour les candidats à ce poste débute généralement entre 82 000 et 106 000 dollars, en fonction de l'expérience. Tremco Sealants manufactures sealants, air barriers, waterproofing membranes, traffic coatings, glazing accessories and more for new construction and restoration. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Ensures that the assigned revenue, margin and product mix objectives, within the corporate business framework, are met or exceeded. This is to be accomplished by securing, developing, and managing key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts. This position will also own and manage all related performance and service metrics for the assigned accounts.


EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
  • Bilingual French / English is required


EXPERIENCE:

  • Four to ten years of related experience and/or training,
  • Experience in construction products and building enclosure is preferred
  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of product chemistries
