Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Deputy CEO, based in Surrey, BC, with the opportunity to work remotely part‑time. The Deputy CEO will work alongside the CEO to drive business growth, oversee operational strategies, and ensure the alignment of the organization’s mission with its strategic goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing financial operations, leading sales initiatives, overseeing business planning processes, and ensuring effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Qualifications Expertise in Finance and Operations Management to oversee company financials and daily business processes Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning for developing and executing organizational strategies Experience in Sales with a strong focus on driving business growth through targeted initiatives Proven leadership skills with an ability to inspire and manage teams effectively Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities Experience within industries such as financial services, real estate, or renewable energy is an asset Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
