Base Pay Range CA$100,000.00/yr - CA$120,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Collabera Senior Talent Specialist @ Collabera Inc. #INPURSUITOFGREATNESS Placing Consultants to Fortune 500 Companies. 2X Elite President’s Club Winner, 3X… Role Overview You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the bank’s mortgages and home equity portfolio - from strategy, roadmap, and pricing through execution, launch, and post-launch optimization. Acting as the voice of the customer and the business, you’ll drive digital + branch experience improvements, enhance profitability, and play a key role in the bank’s post-merger integration of lending products. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the product vision and multi-year roadmap for secured lending products Lead market research, business case development, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis Translate business needs into clear requirements and work closely with technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams Drive digital transformation and cross-channel (branch + online/mobile) enhancements Own go-to-market planning, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch performance tracking Support merger-related product integration and rationalization initiatives Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience in financial services / consumer banking Proven ownership of lending products (mortgages, HELOC, personal loans, or lines of credit) End-to-end product lifecycle experience - from strategy and roadmap to launch and optimization Hands-on with product pricing, profitability modeling, and performance analytics Demonstrated success improving direct-to-consumer lending experiences across digital and branch channels Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-engagement environment Nice to Have Bilingual English/French (highly valued for Montreal) Secured lending experience at a Schedule I Canadian bank Long-term aspiration to move into Director-level role within 12-24 months Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Contract Job Function Product Management and Finance Industries Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
