We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with strong experience in LMS, Employee Central (EC), and SAP Payroll. The role involves configuration, troubleshooting, release testing, and supporting HR & payroll operations.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and manage LMS: learning items, curricula, assignments, and scheduled offerings.Maintain LMS security, workflows, and resolve user access or completion issues.Create reports using Plateau Report Designer or LMS reporting tools.Support Integration Center and LMS connector configurations.Configure EC Core (FOs, MDF, Business Rules, Workflows) and Position Management.Assist with EC Benefits and employee data accuracy.Handle quarterly release testing and system updates.Support SAP Payroll, including T4/T4A processing, rules, schemas, and replication issues (SF EC ↔ ECC).Perform unit, integration, and regression testing.RequirementsHands-on SAP LMS, EC, and Payroll experience.Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills.Experience with integrations and data replication.
