Adoption Specialist – 12-Month Contract – Toronto – Technology/SaaSWe’re seeking two Adoption Specialists in Toronto for a 12-month hybrid contract (3 days onsite). This role is within the technology/SaaS industry, focusing on customer success and adoption of ’s Sales Navigator platform.As an Adoption Specialist, you will play a key role in onboarding customers, delivering training, and driving product adoption to ensure successful renewals and growth. You’ll work closely with enterprise and strategic sales teams, supporting customer-facing initiatives and building strong relationships to maximize engagement.Must-Have Qualifications:• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Proven ability to meet KPIs and performance targets• Self-starter with problem-solving mindset• 1–2 years in business development or full-cycle sales• Experience with Sales Navigator• Proficiency with CRM or other sales technology tools• Project management and stakeholder management skills• Experience in customer success or SaaS adoption roles
