Myticas Consulting is seeking a dynamic Agile Project Manager with DevOps expertise and proficiency in Microsoft tools to join our team.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and a proven track record of successfully leading Agile teams to deliver high-quality software products.


As an Agile practitioner, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and ensuring that Agile principles are adhered to throughout the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver user stories, manage backlog grooming, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.


In addition to your Agile skills, you will have hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and infrastructure as code. You will work closely with development and operations teams to streamline and automate the software delivery process, ensuring rapid and reliable deployments.


Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, and Team Foundation Server is essential for this role. You will leverage these tools to manage project workflows, track progress, and facilitate collaboration among team members.
