Looking for an Intermediate level GRC Analyst to join our growing risk and compliance team. This role will play a key part in strengthening our governance, risk, and compliance framework while working closely with both technology leaders and legal professionals.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in GRC assessments, privacy impact reviews, and risk monitoring within highly regulated environments such as financial services or law.Employment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeStart Date: ASAPLocation: London, ON (preferred) or Greater Toronto Area (GTA)Hybrid work model: 2 days a week in office in London; ocasional travel will be required for candidate from GTAInterview process: 2-3 rounds, with at least one in-person in office QualificationsPost-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline—or equivalent education and experience.7 or more years of experience in GRC, information security, or risk management roles.4-6 years conducting GRC assessments, ideally using SIG as a core framework.Certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, or CISA are preferred.IAPP certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM) are considered an asset.Experience performing Privacy Impact Assessments and working with Bitsight.Familiarity with SOC reporting, compliance monitoring, and third-party risk management.Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and exceptional communication skills.Background in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, legal) is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) assessments using the Shared Assessments SIG framework.Perform and assist with Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), leveraging Bitsight and related tools.Monitor and analyze SOC reports and control environments for continuous compliance improvement.Collaborate with IT, legal, and business stakeholders to align controls and policies with enterprise and regulatory requirements.Develop, document, and maintain policies, standards, and procedures that support effective risk management.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance data protection and regulatory compliance
