Founded in Montreal, the company is recognized for the quality of its products, its technical expertise, and its human and collaborative corporate culture. We are currently looking for an Administrator, Quality Control (temporary) who will report to the Manager, Quality Control and support the inspection team through administrative tasks. ResponsabilitiesMaintain the NCMR - DR non-compliance report database in the ERP system (Infor LN)Maintain the non-compliance management system (Tervene) used by the rapid response team (ANDON)Support the rapid response Team Leader (ANDON) in monitoring open actionsProduce performance index reports (KPIs)Any other related tasks for administrative support of the rapid response team (ANDON) Your profileCollege Diploma in a technical discipline preferredProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Experience using systems (e.g., ERP systems or any other data management systems)Experience in manufacturing is an assetExperience working in multidisciplinary teamsExperience with KPIs is an asset If you recognize yourself in this profile and would like to take on this challenge, we would love to learn more about you
