Succursale : 38 des Oblats, Ville-Marie, Quebec, Canada, J9V1J5EN-Description du poste: À ce poste, vous veillez à accueillir, conseiller et servir la clientèle. Vous avez la responsabilité d'offrir une information appropriée et de qualité, présentée de manière à répondre adéquatement au besoin de la clientèle, et ce, dans le cadre de la mission sociale qui est confiée à la Société québécoise du cannabis (SQDC). À titre d'employé à temps partiel à pleine disponibilité, votre horaire de travail variera entre 20 heures et 40 heures par semaine et vous devez offrir une disponibilité minimale de (6) jours par semaine, incluant le samedi et le dimanche.Principales responsabilités: - Renseigner la clientèle sur les différents produits du cannabis et leurs particularités- Conseiller la clientèle dans une perspective de sécurité et de protection de la santé- Enregistrer les transactions à la caisse, préparer les dépôts et encaisser les montants dus selon divers modes de paiement- Participer au processus d'inventaire de la succursaleExigences: - Être âgé d'au moins 21 ans- Posséder un diplôme d'études secondaires (DES ou DEP) ou une équivalence reconnue- Détenir minimalement une année d'expérience dans un rôle de service à la clientèle ou de conseil à la vente au détail- La combinaison de deux années d'expérience dans un domaine connexe pertinent peut être considérée- Démontrer un intérêt professionnel et une compréhension des enjeux liés à la commercialisation du cannabis- Être disponible pour travailler de jour, de soir et de fin de semaine- Avoir une facilité à s'exprimer et à vulgariser de l'information- Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français parlé- Démontrer une aisance avec les outils technologiques et informatiques- Être autorisé à travailler légalement au Canada- Se soumettre à la procédure d'habilitation de sécurité* L'entrée en fonction est conditionnelle à la réussite de la formation offerte par la SQDCAtouts Conditions de travail - Démontrer un engagement social- Toute formation complémentaire pertinente à la mission de la Société québécoise du cannabis (SQDC)- Salaire concurrentiel- Progression de carrière- Environnement de travail au design actuel
