Vision Talent's client is a leading financial institution, they have an immediate need for a Mobile Architect. This is an initial 6 month contract term but with a likely conversion to permanent employment - **NOTE that you must be open to converting to permanent in order to be considered.They are open to a Mobile Architect skilled in either Android OR IOS.This is largely a remote role with only 1 day/week required in office. Candidates will KMP (Kotlin Multiplatform) experience will be given priority.Android Skillset:Java, Kotlin, XML, JetPack Compose, Android Studio, Unit test, KMPAt least 5 years of experience in Android app solution design, and proven record of providing technical recommendation for business requirementsShould be able to do hands-on and create prototypes if requiredWell experienced in complete app development lifecycle right from intake assessment to app release & production supportPlay key role in helping define and enhance strategy and roadmapIOS Skillset:Hands-on experience in iOS mobile application DesignAbility to mentor junior developers in the teamKey technology stack: Objective-C, Swift, UIKIt, Cocoapods, Xcode, XCTestAdditional Requirements:Ability to mentor the developers in the teamDemonstrate good communication and presentation skillsEnjoys working in a fast paced environmentShould possess great organizational skills and time management skillsExperience working with cross-functional teamsExperienced in agile methodologyBanking domain knowledge is considered an asset.Apply today to learn more
