What we are looking for: 


We seek a highly-skilled, experienced, and organized Traffic Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure that work coming in from account managers flows smoothly to production teams and through to delivery. You will bridge client expectations with creative production, ensuring the seamless production of deliverables.


In this role, you will be pivotal in achieving staff and client satisfaction, making sure projects are profitable and timelines are honoured. You will harmonize the agency's workflow, aligning everyone to ensure every project runs like clockwork.  The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, both in French and English


What you will be doing:
  • Creating a traffic management system with tools and resources available 
  • Schedule Planning: Set up and monitor project schedules, ensuring timelines are met, and work is evenly distributed.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation efficiently, ensuring team members have the tools and information needed to complete tasks.
  • Status Monitoring: Conduct daily and weekly project status meetings, tracking progress and identifying potential bottlenecks.
  • Management Updates: Regularly update management on project statuses, resource needs, and workflow optimization.
  • Assignment Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of assignments to production teams based on availability and priorities.
  • Work with freelancers and contractors and ensure they have the resources needed for their jobs
  • Reporting: Generate reports on project progress, budget spending, and resource utilization to inform future planning and decision-making.
  • Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project


What background are we looking for:
  • Proven Experience: Experience as a Traffic Manager in a marketing agency or related industry.
  • Marketing Knowledge: understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
  • Capability to push back on unrealistic requests and follow up on deadlines.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Problem-solving Mindset: Ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks and make decisions that keep projects on track.
  • Flexibility and Proactivity: Ability to be flexible and proactive, taking initiative and motivating the team to work collaboratively.
