As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.Job ResponsibilitiesLeads the expansion of the proprietary Chase Point of Sale (CPOS) system in Canada to grow the SMB line of businessDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityProactively monitors the market and competitive landscape to lead the positioning of CPOS as the go-to platform for SMBs in CanadaAwareness of changing regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure the CPOS ecosystem makes proactive changes on behalf of the merchantRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExpertise in the Canadian Point of Sale (POS) domain across hardware, software, payment processing, and Canadian specific regulations and best practicesSuccessfully launched POS solutions across multiple provinces and territories in Canada5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementSkilled collaborator that can successfully run a large-scale program and influence multiple teams towards a common goalDetail-oriented and a methodical thinker that can motivate squads to execute as a high-performing teamPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationExperience with platform and user experience migrationsBachelors DegreeABOUT USJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
