This unique position includes a variety of tasks ranging from phone calls (customer service + Preliminary Technical support), Fulfilling orders using SAP Business One and following up on shipments etc. The ideal candidate for this position will be a well-organized, self-motivated multi-tasker with previous customer service experience with the right balance of ambition, enthusiasm and personality.Job ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with existing and new customers on a daily basis over the telephoneAdministrative duties including order entry, order tracking, following up with Courier serviceWork events and attend training sessions as requiredOther duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious experience is an asset in any or all: Order processing, the home building industry, inside/outside salesSuperior commitment to customer serviceSelf-management and organizational skillsCreative thinking and problem solvingComputer literate with knowledge of Microsoft SuiteStrong presentation and telephone skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamProfessional appearance and attitudeAvailable to work all weekdays and occasional eveningsJob Type: Full-time, 1-Year Contract with Possibility of ExtensionMonthly Salary: $4,377.00 per monthNormal Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with 1 hour for lunchVELUX Canada Inc. welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
