Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.As a core member of our Private Equity team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.ResponsibilitiesYour Role:You will interact with senior management and manage overall client relationships.Provide technical accounting/industry knowledge to clientsWork closely and participate with Business Development and Senior Management teams on marketing pitches and other client presentationsWork alongside our integration team to establish plans for new client setup and transitionsResponsible for the coordination of the various Citco groups that serve clientsMaintain a pro-active customer focus at all timesEnhance current servicing levels and deliver beyond client expectationsCoordinate with other operational teams as well as ancillary services groupsManage various operational aspects associated with client relationshipsDevelop and implement best practice standards and drive towards efficienciesEstablish and document business contingency plans for all areas of responsibilityParticipate in and lead projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the businessVisit clients on periodic basis to evaluate service quality and identify client prioritiesAssist in the resolution of complex client issuesParticipate and ultimately lead client pitches alongside the business development teamSet challenging team goals and empower people to achieve themKeep people focused on critical goals and deadlines through frequent and consistent communicationMotivate people by creating a high performance environment that is both challenging and excitingPromote and support change initiatives within the businessActively contribute to corporate initiatives as part of the management teamProvide staff management support to the managers, assisting them to effectively deal with staff issuesActively participate in the recruitment processQualificationsAbout You:You have 12 - 15 years of private equity hybrid experience working at a fund administrator or fund manager.Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionalsSkilled in negotiation, business planning and budgeting, margin analysis, rating agency relations and technical accountingKnowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other comprehensive basis of accountingProject management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-taskStrong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA designation a plusOur BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
