Background:


Kyndryl Canada is supporting our private sector client who is performing a data center migration. We require a Network SME for a three-month contract to help with network aspects of the migration process.


The client is currently building out a new network infrastructure in two new Data Centers.

Consultant will need to be able to work independently and without any training.

They will be taking information from Architectural Diagrams, VLANs, port mappings to build and implement configurations.

Manage requests from the clients’ vendors to implement ISP, MAN circuits.


The infrastructure technologies being used include:

  • Network Devices running SONIC (Software for Open Networking in the Cloud)Switches
  • ISP Circuits
  • SD WAN
  • MAN links



Qualifications:


  • Recent hands on experience with network devices running SONIC
  • 5+ years utilizing broad network technologies including OSPF routing, BGP, intersite, Man links, ISP connections
  • Ability to work on site in Toronto and Brampton



Expected Tasks:


  • Need to be able to work independently and without any training.
  • Taking information from Architectural Diagrams, VLANs, port mappings to build and implement configurations.
  • Manage requests from the vendors to implement ISP, MAN circuits. Working with SONIC network technology hands on
