We are looking for a dedicated treasury leader to drive key financial strategies for our Corporate team.ResponsibilitiesLead public debt issuance and related hedging activity.Manage and report on compliance with bank credit facilities and public debt terms.Support long‑term capital structure planning and treasury needs of operating subsidiaries.Oversee US commercial paper program and hedge accounting reporting.Develop relationships with banks, auditors, rating agencies, and credit card service partners.Provide input on quarterly press releases, annual financial statements, and MD&A.Support Rogers Bank on treasury matters and lead negotiations on ISDA agreements.Work closely with the Vice‑President, Treasurer on special projects.Qualifications10+ years of senior treasury experience with a focus on financing and financial risk management.Proven track record delivering results through strong business partnerships.Strong financial analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Experience managing treasury software and producing financial models for rating agencies.Self‑starter, highly motivated, detail oriented, and committed to process improvement.University degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.Professional designation such as CFA or CPA preferred.Benefits & PerksDiscounts: up to 50% off Rogers Services and Blue Jays tickets, 25% off TSC items, 20% off wireless accessories.Company matching contributions to charitable causes.Comprehensive wellness programs including employee assistance, CBT, virtual therapy, and low‑cost fitness memberships.Robust growth and development opportunities (MyPath program).Location & ScheduleOffice: 333 Bloor Street East (Toronto, ON).Schedule: Full‑time, day shift.Travel: Up to 10%.Our commitment to diversity and inclusion spans all levels of the organization.
