You'll lead a team, connect with the community, and deliver an experience that transforms lives.Own Studio Operations: Ensure the studio runs smoothly every dayclean, organized, professional, and full of energy.Drive Membership Sales: Take charge of the sales process from start to finishgenerate leads, conduct consultations, and close memberships. Expect to make 50+ outbound calls daily and drive your team to meet and exceed monthly targets.Inspire and Lead Your Team: Recruit, onboard, and coach front desk staff and Flexologists.
