Title: Dayforce Payroll Implementation ConsultantLocation: Ottawa, ON - open to Remote/Hybrid and in- personDuration: 1-2 year contractRequirements:Experience implementing or supporting Ceridian Dayforce Payroll.Proven experience in full-cycle payroll implementations, including configuration, data conversion, and testing.Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, garnishments, year-end, and remittances (Canada and/or U.S.).Proficiency in Dayforce configuration tools, pay setup, and report generation.Ability to analyze payroll results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and apply corrections efficiently.Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a consultative approach.Strong project management and documentation skills.Familiarity with HRIS integrations (benefits, GL, timekeeping, or accounting systems).Ceridian Certified Payroll Professional or related Dayforce certification.Experience with multi-jurisdictional payroll and unionized environments.Prior consulting or system implementation experience with a Ceridian Partner or SI firm.Working knowledge of Dayforce APIs, data imports, and reporting tools.Understanding of change management and process re-engineering within HR and Payroll environments.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
