We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Director to join us and lead our digital marketing efforts with a strategic, results-driven approach.


Position Overview: As the Digital Marketing Director, you will be deeply involved in the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing initiatives. You’ll not only lead but also actively engage in crafting and implementing strategies across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Your focus will be on driving conversions, optimizing performance, and ensuring our digital campaigns are achieving their full potential.


What You'll Do:


  • Hands-On Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. Be directly involved in managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Conversion Optimization: Prioritize and focus on driving conversions across all digital platforms. Use advanced analytics to track performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that enhance conversion rates.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of digital marketing professionals with a hands-on approach. Provide strategic direction and actively participate in the execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and high performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and CRM systems to monitor key metrics. Analyze data to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and drive results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, creative, and data teams to ensure integrated and effective digital marketing strategies that support overall business objectives.
  • Innovation & Trend Setting: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices. Propose and implement innovative ideas that set new industry standards and drive success.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience & Education: 7-10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRM systems. Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
  • Conversion Focus: Proven ability to drive conversions and optimize performance across various digital channels. Strong analytical skills to leverage data for performance improvements.
  • Leadership & Drive: Hands-on leadership with a track record of motivating teams and delivering results. A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Curiosity & Innovation: A curious mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.


Location & Work Environment: This hybrid role requires proximity to one of our hubs in the Lower Mainland or Calgary. Engage with your team virtually, with occasional in-person interactions.
