Medication Care Partner Apply for the Medication Care Partner position at Sienna Senior Living. Location: Aspira Kingsmere Retirement Living, Ontario. Employment type: Part-time | shift 11:00pm-7:00am | 32 hours bi-weekly. In this role, you will build lasting relationships with residents, ensuring they live fulfilling lives with comfort, dignity, and respect. Key Responsibilities Administer medication according to legislative requirements and policies. Review residents’ Support Plans and assist with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, mobility, continence management, laundry handling). Monitor and document vitals, weights, behavior, mobility, safety, and activity participation; report changes to appropriate team members. Escort residents to social activities, appointments, and dining. Promptly respond to nursing call systems. Perform other duties as assigned. Must Haves High School Diploma and completion of an accredited Personal Support Worker program meeting legislative standards. Medication Administration certification. First Aid and CPR certification with experience in medication administration. 600 hours of related experience, including class time and practical experience, preferably in a geriatric setting. Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check. Bonus Points Courses in gerontology, aging, or dementia.
