About Us We are a growing, reputable painting company expanding into a second location near Langley and the Fraser Valley. As we build this new branch, we’re looking for a driven and experienced professional to join our leadership team and help shape the success. Position Overview The Estimator & Operations Manager will play a key role in launching and managing day‑to‑day operations for our new location. This individual will be responsible for estimating residential and commercial painting projects, coordinating crews, ensuring quality control, and driving business growth. All training is provided and the successful applicant will be directly mentored by the business owner. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in the painting industry — both in the field and in managing people — and a passion for leadership, organization, and business development. This is an exceptional long‑term opportunity for someone ready to grow with a company and advance quickly. Key Responsibilities Help prepare estimates for residential and commercial painting projects Prepare proposals and present them to clients Oversee scheduling, job planning, and project execution Manage crews Maintain strong customer relationships and handle project communications Collaborate directly with the owner on business strategy, marketing, and growth initiatives Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2 years in the painting industry, including field experience and management Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and operations effectively Sales Skills: Confident in client interactions and closing new business Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, and eager to grow a business from the ground up Compensation & Benefits Salary: $65,000–$75,000 Performance‑based bonus structure Equity in the business (vesting over time) Company vehicle and phone allowance Mentorship and direct support from the business owner Opportunity for long‑term leadership and ownership Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a motivated professional — who’s ready to take their painting industry experience to the next level.
