Position: Tenant Service CoordinatorLocation: On-site -Ville Saint-Laurent Salary: Up to $75,000 annually based on experienceSchedule: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)Perks: Bonus, great benefits and vacation plan, RRSPAbout the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tenant Service Coordinator to join a dynamic Montreal team. In this key role, you will serve as the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both laboratory and office environments. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations & Innovation Centers, you'll play a vital role in supporting tenants, coordinating operational activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Innovation Center.Key Responsibilities:Tenant Support & Engagement- Act as the main point of contact for daily tenant needs and inquiries.- Welcome and onboard new tenants and their staff.- Lead orientation sessions for resident companies.- Plan and coordinate on-site events in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team.- Liaise between tenants, internal teams, and external partners to ensure efficient communication.- Manage tenant-related work orders and requests.Operational & Facilities Coordination- Oversee all office operations including access control, key management, security, and audiovisual systems.- Manage space allocation, office reconfigurations, and booking systems.- Coordinate with building management on maintenance, repairs, and receiving dock operations.- Support laboratory operations including infrastructure changes and shared equipment maintenance.Safety & Compliance- Participate in the Innovation Center's safety committee and promote a culture of safety.- Support emergency preparedness and chemical waste coordination with building management.Administrative & Financial Support- Manage tenant recharge processes for shared services.- Provide general administrative and financial support as required.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in building operations, administration, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).- Previous experience in facility coordination, tenant relations, or building operations; experience in the life sciences sector is an asset.- Strong organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detail.- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.- Demonstrated business acumen and comfort working in dynamic environments.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with resource management tools is an asset.Please send your resume in Word format to Maia Slivinschi at maia.slivinschi@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000 For more details, click here.CNESST permit numbers: AP-2000158 & AR-2000157
