Block Storage Business Development Lead • Hewlett Packard Enterprise Remote/Teleworker – work from home Job Description Responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and managing channel programs and KPIs to drive growth in partner activation, share of wallet, and repeat business across HPE Block and other Data Storage segments. Maintain alignment with GEO Channel-facing teams to gather feedback, identify challenges, and adjust the global Channel Activation plan to ensure optimal execution and partner engagement. Accountable for channel activation planning strategy and sales target achievement for specific Storage offerings through indirect business sales execution. Oversee local GEO execution of the global channel strategy and collaborate with the Channel Data Services WW team to meet indirect business targets. Coordinate a team responsible for Channel Plan execution, Sales Programs management, Market Analysis & reporting, and Business Control through Education, Communication, and Sales Support. Lead interlocks and facilitate communication between the global channel organization, GBU, WW GTM, enablement and global marketing. Provide guidance on process improvements and recommend changes aligned with business tactics and strategy. Coordinate with global channel segments: Distribution, Solution Providers, System Integrators, Service Providers, Compute Channel, and Hybrid Solutions Channel. Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities and solve complex business/technical issues within established policies. Direct and control channel sales management activities on a global scale. Knowledge & Skills Proven success in designing, leading, and executing channel programs that expand partner and distributor share of wallet. Strong regional business development experience, driving growth and aligning cross‑functional teams toward common objectives. 12+ years selling Storage solutions in enterprise and commercial accounts. Leadership skills and cross‑functional expertise. Business planning skills with global KPIs definition. Financial planning and modeling skills for high‑complexity business planning and reporting. IT industry knowledge. Broad business knowledge of product marketing, sales support, and selling. Strong project management skills. Expert in sales and/or category management support. (Variable incentives may also be offered.) Canada Pay Range Requirement CAD Annual Salary: $143,000.00 - $265,000.00. (Variable incentives may also be offered.)
