We believe that housing, education, food and the environment all play a role in health and wellbeing. We also believe that language, literacy, and poverty should not get in the way of receiving great care.Our team provides primary care, illness prevention and health promotion services and a range of community programs primarily to the residents of Dutton Dunwich and West Elgin municipalities. Our diabetes services are open to anyone and are offered at multiple locations in Elgin County. We strive for a healthy and supportive work environment valuing compassion, excellence, collaboration, accountability, respect, and equity.Working within an interdisciplinary team at our Centre, our primary health team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and administrative support. We are located in beautiful West Lorne serving the rural communities in West Elgin and Dutton Dunwich. There are no administrative expenses or OHIP billing as a LocumGeneral license to practice and current member, in good standing, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.CCFP Certification an asset.Ability to perform assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health education /counseling and other medical functions as required according to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario standards of practice and the Centre’s policies and procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
