Key Responsibilities:Incident & Problem Management:Handle and resolve escalated (L3) network and connectivity issues across cloud and hybrid environments.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical incidents.Cloud Networking:Manage and optimize VPCs, VNets, subnets, routing tables, VPNs, peering, and load balancers across AWS, Azure, or GCP.Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, gateways, NAT, and private endpoints.Performance & Security:Monitor network performance, bandwidth usage, and latency using native tools and monitoring platforms.Ensure compliance with network security policies, including ACLs, NSGs, WAFs, and encryption standards.Automation & Scripting:Automate routine network operations using Python, PowerShell, or Terraform.Develop and maintain IaC (Infrastructure as Code) templates for network provisioning.Collaboration & Documentation:Work with cloud architects and DevOps engineers to support deployments and migrations.Maintain detailed documentation of network topology, configurations, and changes.
