Position: Accounts Payable SupervisorLocation: Westmount Salary: $100-$125KStep into a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape the future of a fast-growing distribution company's financial operations. We're looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor who's ready to take ownership, elevate processes, and lead the transition into a new ERP system.What You'll Do:- Lead the Accounts Payable department and oversee daily AP operations.- Implement new policies and procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and controls.- Play a key role in the implementation and optimization of a new ERP system.- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.- Identify process improvements and drive best practices across the AP function.- Support month-end closing activities and reporting.What You Bring- Bachelor's degree, accounting certificate or DEC in accounting- 5 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable leadership or supervision- Strong understanding of AP processes, internal controls, and workflow optimization- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; experience in ERP implementation is a major asset- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environmentWhy You'll Love This Role:- Highly competitive salary: $100-$125K- Leadership role with strong impact and visibility- Opportunity to build and modernize the AP function- Work within a reputable and growing distribution companyPlease send your resume in Word format to Andrea Luxenburg at andrea.luxenburg@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000 For more details, click here.CNESST permit numbers: AP-2000158 & AR-2000157
