Join Ecolab's industry leading Textile Care team as a Commercial Laundry Technical Service and Sales Representative. You will make a positive impact on our commercial laundry customers as you provide expert consultation and solutions that improve linen quality, boost operating efficiencies and enhance sustainability. As a Territory Manager, you will serve as the face of Ecolab for your customers, ranging from independent laundry operations to corporate accounts, including commercial uniform, retail, restaurant, healthcare, and hospitality/tourism industries. What's in it For You: Enjoy a paid training program allowing you to learn from successful professionalsReceive a company vehicle for business and personal useCarve out a long term, advanced career path in sales/service, corporate accounts, or managementFlexible, independent work environment where you will plan your own scheduleAccess to best in class resources, tools, and technologyGrow your income as you drive sales What You Will Do:Leverage your technical aptitude as you troubleshoot laundry machines and dispensing systemsProvide extensive hands-on product and solution trainingPartner with plant managers and other key personnel to understand their operations and laundry challengesCultivate long-term relationships that will lead to increased salesDevelop strategic work plans for completing sales and service/consultation calls with new and existing customersPrepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolab's innovative laundry products and chemicals, processes & programs to increase your customers operating efficiencies Position Details:Position will support Montreal and surrounding area including travel to Quebec, Ottawa and surrounding areas4 - 6 nights overnight travel/month will be required Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent2 years of relevant work experience in textile care or related industrial environment or 2 years technical support experienceAbility to lift and carry 50 lbsBilingual, French/EnglishWillingness and ability to provide emergency customer support (nights/weekends), as neededValid driver's license & acceptable motor vehicle recordAble to travel to the US for training/meetingsNo immigration sponsorship available for this role Preferred Qualifications:Vocational/Technical Post-Secondary Diploma or Bachelor's Degree1 year of applied mechanical problem solving experience (i.e., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trouble shooting experience)Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence customers and build trustPrevious chemical sales experience, commercial laundry industry/operations, or plant management experience About Ecolab Textile Care:Our customers trust us to help clean 33 billion pounds of linens annually.
