If you are ready to make a difference in the community in which you live and work, please apply today.THE OPPORTUNITY: Philanthropy Coordinator, Major GiftsCalgary Health Foundation is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys balancing strategic coordination with detailed administrative execution to join our Major Gifts team. As one of our Philanthropy Coordinators, you will provide vital operational and administrative support by managing donor data and pipelines, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting with fundraising plans, proposals, and reporting to advance our philanthropic goals. Key accountabilities of the role include:Supporting major gift fundraisers by managing donor pipelines, tracking strategies and timelines, and maintaining accurate records in Raiser’s Edge NXT.Managing the logistics of donor communications and documentation.Assisting with the implementation of fundraising plans, including coordination of cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities.Coordinating meetings, donor visits, and special events, providing logistical and administrative support throughout.Drafting proposals, grant requests, and gift agreements.Generating and analyzing reports to inform strategic planning and progress toward fundraising goals.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate has exceptional organization skills with proven success managing multiple demands in a dynamic and time-sensitive environment. Leveraging their expertise in writing and self-starting disposition, the successful incumbent will use their proven communication and collaboration skills to track activities and outcomes to successful completion providing the necessary support to our major gift fundraising team to achieve success.
