Leasing Consultant

Robert Half is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join their client's organization. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for prospective residents, assist them through the leasing process, and ensure they feel welcome every step of the way. Your duties will include answering inquiries, conducting property tours, and completing lease agreements. This position is ideal for individuals who excel at building relationships, closing deals, and providing exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Respond to Leads: Answer phone calls, emails, and online queries from prospective tenants and provide timely, accurate information.Conduct Property Tours: Guide prospective tenants through in-person or virtual tours to showcase available units and community amenities.Facilitate the Leasing Process: Assist tenants in selecting a unit, submitting applications, and signing lease agreements. Ensure that all documents are completed accurately and on time.Follow Up on Leads: Stay in contact with prospects after their tours to answer questions and move them forward in the leasing process.Assist with Applications: Collect necessary documents, perform application screenings, and communicate approvals or denials promptly.Track Performance Metrics: Maintain clear and accurate records of leads, tours, lease signings, and cancellations. Report data to management to monitor goals.Support Residents: Help with lease renewals, transfers, or subleases while maintaining a positive resident experience.Collaborate on Marketing Efforts: Work closely with the marketing team to keep property ads and listings up to date. Share feedback to help attract more prospects.Market Analysis: Research competitor pricing, incentives, and availability to provide recommendations for adjustments and keep properties competitive.Who You Are:2-3 years of experience in residential leasing/salesStrong communication and people skills, with a goal-oriented approach to success.Excellent organization and time management abilities.Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
