For more information: www.jumpmath.org Position Summary: The Print Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and delivery of the print runs of JUMP Math teacher and student resources through the entire printing process. Reporting to the Publisher, they act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors to optimize workflows and maintain brand consistency.The Print Coordinator supports the publishing process by coordinating print scheduling, quotations, orders, file transmittals, proof approvals, deliveries, final quality control, and payment. This role ensures high-quality, on-time, and on-budget print production.This is a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) on a 1-year contract with benefits. Location of Work: This role must be located in the Greater Toronto area and is intended to be mainly remote but you may be required to attend in person meetings at the JUMP Math offices or other locations in the GTA.Salary Range: $50-$55k based on experienceKey Accountabilities: Work closely with the Publisher and Director, Publications to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget project completionMonitor inventory and coordinate reprints as neededLiaise with internal teams to gather project specs, timelines, and filesSource and manage relationships with print vendors and suppliersEstimate costs of materials and new design projectsSchedule production with suppliers aligned to internal timelinesSolicit and evaluate print quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness and qualityPrepare and assist with purchase ordersTransmit print files and corrections to suppliersCoordinate review of proofs, final products, and invoices for accuracy and brand consistencyTrack deliveries, coordinate quality reviews, and resolve production issuesMaintain project documentation, budgets, and production timelinesProvide regular updates on print project costs, status, and issuesEnsure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standardsSkills: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe ProProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) is a plusExperience with scheduling, budgeting and cost trackingComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPersonal Attributes: Detail-orientedAdaptable/flexibleWell-organizedReliableEfficientProblem solverTeam playerPositive can-do attitudeEducation and Experience (minimums):Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, publishing, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in print coordination and/or print productionGood knowledge of print processes, materials, finishing options, and industry standardsTo Apply:Qualified candidates may apply on or before November 14, 2025, to careers@jumpmath.org with a cover letter and resume.
