Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a Mining company in Downtown Calgary, AB. We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team immediately. This is a 12-month contract, full time hours, Monday to Friday.Job responsibilities:Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies Support the Contracts Specialist with the Enquiry to Award Process and end to end Project Procurement requirementsAdminister Site Contracts with oversight by the Contract SpecialistUpdate Contract Status Management Report (CSMR) weekly with information (includes contract expiry, current contract value, comments, required award dates, budget numbers, contract owners etc.). Contract specific administration and reporting including but not limited to; contract invoice reconciliation, changes management, letters & correspondence, holdbacks, claims, potential claims, trends etc.Maintain all relevant filing requirementsReview and approve invoices in-compliance with the agreement including LEMsParticipates in meetings support documentation and distribution of minutesSupport contract closeout in accordance with applicable legislationWhat you need to succeed:Degree, diploma, certificate, or designation, such as Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) or a similar program; or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5 years of experience, site experience is an asset, in an EPC or EPCM company or owners project team and managing and executing contract lifecycle activitiesUnderstanding and experience with project lifecycles, project procedures, project roles and responsibilitiesWhat's in it for you:The opportunity to work for a great company in a very central building Downtown Calgary You will be part of a great team in a great environment.
