Are you ready to become a STAR? Apply todayRole OverviewAs a Cosmetic Experience Partner, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking cosmetic treatments at our clinic. Your role is critical in ensuring that potential clients receive exceptional service from their first inquiry through to consultation booking and follow-up. You will handle all cosmetic-related inquiries with professionalism and provide expert guidance on available treatments and skincare products.This role requires someone who can influence and support a client care approach that is focused on delivering an exceptional, full-service experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that every interaction, from initial inquiry to post-consultation follow-up, is personalized, seamless, and aligned with our commitment to excellence.You will demonstrate clinic product knowledge of our key offerings and services (training will be available for the ideal candidate), with the ability to educate and guide clients toward solutions tailored to their individual needs. Your ability to build trust and influence decisions will be key in supporting client satisfaction and driving sales.Role ObjectivesThe Cosmetic Experience Partner responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with warmth, professionalism and attention to detail.Maintain a polished, professional, and approachable presence that reflects the high standards of our clinic and helps foster trust and confidence with clients.Provide a high-touch, concierge-level experience to every client.Guide potential clients through the booking process with thoughtful, informed communication.Ensure timely and personalized follow-up after consultations to support client satisfaction and continuity of care.Share expert knowledge of our services and products, tailoring recommendations to each client’s unique goals.Work closely with practitioners to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.Keep detailed and accurate records to support seamless client journeys and internal coordination.Role QualificationsExperience: 2+ years in a similar roleIndustry Knowledge: Experience within the cosmetic industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong telephone sales skills may be equally valuable.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilitiesTechnical Skills: Proficiency in maintaining and updating a CRM systemAttention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAdditional Assets:Experience in a telephone sales role is considered an assetAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries and follow-ups effectivelyEmployee Equity and Accessibility StatementRejuvenation Medical Group invites applications from all qualified individuals.
