Role OverviewThe Test Manager will lead and manage end-to-end testing activities, ensuring high-quality delivery across all phases of the program. This role is responsible for defining the testing strategy, coordinating execution across multiple workstreams, and managing Functional, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, structured planning, and experience handling complex testing initiatives within a multi-stakeholder environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, develop, and maintain the overall test strategy and detailed test plans.Establish testing scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements across all testing phases.Lead and oversee system, integration, and UAT testing across multiple parallel workstreams.Collaborate closely with development teams, business analysts, and business users to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Implement and manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution processes.Monitor testing progress, manage risks, and ensure timely issue resolution.Provide regular status updates, test metrics, and risk assessments to project and senior leadership.Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities.Plan, facilitate, and support UAT cycles, ensuring business validation and formal sign-off on deliverables.Ideal Candidate ProfileStrong, hands-on leader capable of managing and motivating a large team of full-time testers.Highly organized, resilient, and able to perform under pressure in complex environments.Quality-driven professional with a collaborative mindset and focus on delivery excellence.Required Skills & Qualification:5+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years in a Test Manager or senior Test Lead role.Proven experience leading and managing large teams of full-time testers in complex programs.Strong understanding of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.Ability to manage multiple testing workstreams and drive execution across cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with ERP, finance systems, or large-scale transformation programs is preferred.ITC Infotech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
