We are currently seeking a Carpenter or Lead Carpenter to join our team.Our work is diverse—each custom home, renovation, and occasional commercial project brings unique architectural details and engineering challenges. We value craftsmanship, problem-solving, and a genuine passion for the trades.What You’ll DoLay out, install, and finish a variety of building materialsOperate equipment such as forklifts and aerial work platformsCollaborate with carpenters, supervisors, and apprenticesComplete certain tasks independently when requiredWhat We OfferFull-time, year-round employmentSteady hours:40–50+ hours/week during peak season (overtime after 44 hrs)35–40 hours/week in winter, weather permittingCompetitive hourly wage: $25–$40/hr, depending on experienceBenefits package includedRequirementsReliable vehicleBasic hand toolsRelevant carpentry experienceStrong work ethic and attention to detailIf you’re a dedicated tradesperson who takes pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you.
