By leveraging the latest technology available, SWTCH is making EV charging possible for all buildings.With a growing base of clients across North America, SWTCH is currently looking for opportunities to deepen our market penetration across Canada and the United States.We are looking for an awesome Senior Technical Product Managerwho will be a key part of the SWTCH development team. You will be overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. As a tremendous resource on the team, you will bring new and impactful solutions to our customers - this will include managing the product backlog, prioritizing the various product, market, customer, and organization needs to successfully deliver a large and complex product enhancement, and drive the go-to-market function for the product organization.Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products—from strategic planning and technical design to execution, delivery, and continuous improvementTranslate customer and business needs into detailed product requirements, workflows, and user storiesDesign wireframes and user flows using AI tools like Lovable, taking full ownership of the product user experienceAct as the technical product owner for development teams, overseeing sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordinationCollaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to align product development with operational rollout and go-to-market strategiesEngage directly with clients and customers to gather feedback, validate features, and iterate on solutions based on real-world usageTrack product performance metrics and user engagement data to inform roadmap priorities and drive measurable outcomesTroubleshoot product issues in collaboration with engineering, leveraging technical depth to resolve root causes and improve reliabilityStay informed about trends in EV charging, energy management, and adjacent technologies to guide innovation and product differentiationWho We AreSWTCH is pioneering EV charging solutions for multifamily and commercial properties across North America.Founded in 2016 by entrepreneurs, investors, and energy professionals, SWTCH had a vision of enabling communities to realize the social, economic, and environmental benefits of widespread EV adoption.
