  • Interviewing and hiring mobile operatives
  • Reviewing reports and developing procedures
  • Planning and directing operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Overseeing day-to-day mobile operations and making suggestions for improvement
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in personnel management in a unionized environment
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Valid security guard license and first aid card
  • Ability to work flexible hours and have a clean criminal record
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
