Job Summary

The RBC Royal Bank is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to support the Process Strategy team in Fraud Management. As a student placement opportunity, this role will provide a dynamic and challenging experience, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance, development, and enhancement of operational procedures in Fraud Management.
  • Collaborate with process owners and operational teams to ensure procedures are current and relevant.
  • Assist in implementing changes to operational procedures related to Fraud initiatives.
  • Participate in initiatives to identify opportunities for procedure improvement and simplification.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Visio and/or other relevant software.
