About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Student to join our team as a Program Coordinator. As a Co-op Student, you will have the opportunity to work on a structured cooperative educational/work program, gaining valuable experience in project management and engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in project coordination and engineering support for the Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) Project.
  • Participate in problem-solving, systems engineering, and development of presentation materials.
  • Update project status and participate in budget development and optimization.
  • Support coordination of work performed by outside contractors.
Requirements:
  • Current student in an engineering field, preferably Mechanical or Industrial.
  • Aptitude for working well in teams and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eligible for North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secret clearance in a timely manner.
Preferred Skills:
  • Active security clearance.
  • Previous experience working in the marine industry.
  • Previous experience in Visual Basic (VB) Scripting.
