We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Account Representative to join our team in St. John's, a city known for its vibrant business community.

Our company has established itself as a leading business development and account management firm, partnering with well-known brands and contributing to their growth and popularity across the nation. As a result of increased demand, we are looking for an energetic and friendly entry-level professional to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, creating new sales acquisitions, and educating consumers on promotions, sales, and brand benefits. They will also be expected to develop strong negotiation skills, handle customer objections, and maintain attention to detail with new consumer accounts.

Account Representative Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with consumer product inquiries and provide expert guidance on promotions and sales.
  • Become an expert negotiator, successfully handling customer objections and account discrepancies to close sales.
  • Aid in consumer retention, brand growth, and profitability.
  • Maintain attention to detail with new consumer accounts and acquisitions.
  • Meet sales production requirements and follow daily schedules.
  • Engage with team members and consumers to drive sales and growth.
