We are currently looking for a dedicated Contracts Manager to handle negotiations and drafting of contracts related to high-value industrial equipment and advanced technology with both customers and suppliers. This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate with various teams including Executive, Business Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management.

The ideal candidate will possess a technical or relevant degree, expertise in contract management within industrial settings, outstanding negotiation and communication abilities, as well as exceptional attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and draft contract language and ensure successful execution.
  • Handle various contract types including sales of equipment, parts, services purchase order agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and master service agreements.
  • Implement industry best practices for contract structuring, terms, administration, and compliance.
  • Negotiate terms with customers and suppliers to optimize outcomes while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Prepare RFPs/RFQs and purchase order packages for high-value industrial equipment.
  • Identify and execute strategies for enhancing supply chain efficiency and customer project delivery.
  • Streamline contract administration processes and provide guidance on risk management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
  • Proficiency in contract best practices, drafting quality contract language, and negotiating favorable outcomes.
  • Degree in a technical field, supply chain background is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive external stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills in English.
