Job Title: Sales and Delivery Representative

Great Lakes Brewery is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a sales and delivery capacity. As a Sales and Delivery Representative, you will work closely with the Senior Sales Manager to develop the convenience channel and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to increase sales and market presence
  • Educate customers on current product list and new options
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers
  • Manage the loading and unloading of products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist in setting up promotional displays and marketing materials as needed
  • Plan and manage the daily route efficiently to maximize time and minimize travel expenses
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions
  • Ensure the delivery vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and safe for operation
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous sales experience with a consumer-packaged goods or retail organization preferred
  • Flexibility, creativity, and resourcefulness with sound business acumen
  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Completion of post-secondary education
  • Glass 'G' Drivers License and clean drivers abstract
